Renewable Energy

ATU provides mentorship and technical advice, under contract from the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, to over 200 Sustainable Energy Communities across the Western and Border region. 

ATU has also partnered with Sligo and Leitrim County Councils and others in the establishment of the Sligo Leitrim Energy Agency, whose mission is to promote and evaluate sustainable energy practice, including retrofitting of houses.
