Digital Strategy Masterclass for BusinessThis module is aimed at professionals and entrepreneurs in the digital media teaching and learning, enterprise and/or marketing field. It comprises a series of masterclasses from experts and specialists in the fields of digital media, digital enterprise, digital communications and marketing. The module aims to provide participants with cutting edge knowledge and techniques for practical implementation in their working and professional environments. The masterclasses will be provided not only by module facilitators but also by global experts and practitioners in the field. This module was developed in response to increasing demand for digital media strategy optimisation for enterprise and societal organisations. Learning Outcomes 1. Designa series of practical analytical techniques to market a product or service. 2. Systematically conduct research for the purposes of consumer digital monitoring and analysis and digital media strategy optimisation. 3. Determine and articulate the optimum digital strategy to launch or promote aproduct, service or societal initiative to a target international audience. 4. Articulate an ethical and legally compliant digital strategy. 5. Develop and communicate a digital technologybrief to optimise digital strategy. |

Graduates from this Level 9 certificate can continue their education and progress on, to other academic postgraduate Level 9 programmes and subsequently, if eligible, to doctoral programmes or professional qualifications in strategy, digital media, marketing, data analysis; research etc.

Entry Requirements
Entry requirement is a Level 8 Bachelor (Honours) degree with minimum grade classification of H2.2 or equivalent in Marketing, IT/Computing, Science, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, or cognate area. Candidates who do not meet this entry criteria will be considered for entry to the programme under a formalised process of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). This RPL process will be conducted to determine applicant eligibility, in line with approved marks and standards. Candidates with three years or more relevant professional work experience and who do not have the required entry requirement will be provided ample opportunity to apply for entry via RPL.
