Course Overview
This programme has been designed to produce a rounded business graduate who will be able to undertake a variety of roles in an organisation, and, who will possess the transversal skills and understanding of business that is required in challenging times.
The programme will support learners to develop advanced core competencies and skills in strategy and business innovation and develop into professional practitioners by bridging business theory and professional practice.

Applied Strategic ManagementFor future success, managers must best utilise the resources and capabilities at their disposal to gain and sustain competitive advantage in both traditional and emerging markets. It explores key areas like evaluating service quality, service marketing, and experiential marketing strategies. Students will delve into CX (Customer Experience) strategies, CX management models, and how to create engaging brand experiences. Ethics, Social Responsibility And SustainabilityThis module aims to explore ethics, social responsibility and sustainability from a multidisciplinary and multi‐stakeholder perspective. It reviews theories and practice of corporate ethics, responsibility, and sustainability and illustrates how they apply to various complex business, development, and policy situations in the evolving global business landscape. Learners will develop a deep awareness and understanding of the current challenges and opportunities facing businesses in their responsibilities to their many stakeholders. The aim is to sensitise learners to ethical business issues which in turn allows them to recognize potential problems and make better and more responsible business decisions. It will help learners to anticipate issues that they will confront in their professional careers and to develop skills to think more clearly and critically about how such issues can and should be resolved. Work Based Learning Research ProjectThe module is designed to allow learners to learn through reflecting on the experience of working in a relevant work place, and subsequently articulating what of value, they are learning in the process. This module focuses on developing significant and critical work-based learning and research. The approach recognises the relationship between theory and business practice, and enables students to apply the knowledge and skills they developed in an environment where they will be exposed to a range of practices in business and management. The module creates an environment in which participants can engage in knowledge development based on the 'work' context. Applied project work and sharing of real life experiences will form a richness of learning through the process referred to as 'Apply and Learn'. This is essentially an applied module with rigorous theoretical underpinnings. It will enable learners to understand the wider implications of their academic work and to reflect on how their experience has informed their Learning Outcomes 1.
