ATU hosts Open Morning at Galway City campuses (Sat 25 Nov, 10am to 1pm)
Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Galway City campuses at the Dublin Road and Wellpark Road invites prospective students, parents, teachers, and mature applicants to its Open Morning on Saturday, 25 November from 10 am to 1 pm.
The Galway City campus schedule (Dublin Road) includes talks on the CAO Application Process; Access options from the Disability and Learning Support Service and Access and Participation Office; Introductory sessions on all disciplines, schools and campuses, in person talk from SUSI (Student Universal Support Ireland) representative and Student Finance and Supports talks.
The ATU Wellpark Road campus will have a range of demonstrations, exhibitions, tours and talks in the areas of Art, Graphic Design, Interior Design, Fashion and Textile, Film and Documentary, Animation and Game Design, Education and Creative Media and Storytelling.
A free shuttle bus service will be available for guests to visit both the Dublin Road and Wellpark Road venues throughout the Open Morning. Among the many engaging displays from the schools are Galway International Hotel School (GIHS)’s immersive culinary experience. Attendees will have the opportunity to decorate a cupcake while discovering the diverse career paths available to graduates in the areas of Gastronomy, Food, and Culinary Arts. Don't miss the interactive panel discussion, featuring distinguished graduates Cathal Ó Fátharta (Guest Relations Coordinator at Raffles London at The OWO) and Deirdre Buckley, Director of People and Culture with iNUA Hotels and Cliste Hospitality, following the school talk in Theatre 994 at 10.30am.
The Open Morning will feature a special guest talk "Secrets to Success for Students and Parents: The Learning Advantage Revealed” from The Study Coach, Dr Seán Lally at 11am in Theatre 995, who says: "I'm very excited to speak at the ATU Galway open morning on November 25th on the “Secrets to Success for Students and Parents”, helping students maximise their time ahead of the exams"

The Open Morning will feature guided campus tours led by our exceptional student ambassadors, providing a firsthand glimpse into the student experience within ATU.
