Welcome to Atlantic Technological University Donegal. Information on your New Student Induction and #First5Weeks Welcome Programme will be available in late August. You will receive further details in your Registration Emails. 

 As part of settling into your new life with us in ATU, we have organised student-focused Induction and Orientation Events called the #First5Weeks Welcome Programme. 

#First5Weeks has weekly themes designed to provide you with the support and guidance to enhance your university experience. 

This is designed to help you actively engage in college life, get to grips with your course, encourage you to join a club or society, become a volunteer, and develop a personal toolkit to live a healthy balanced and enjoyable lifestyle. 

First5weeks Welcome Programme 

The First5weeks Welcome Programme gives an overview of weekly themes of events and initiatives planned for you. It outlines how to access your Student Toolkit. 

Student Toolkit 

The Student Toolkit is an online support tool where students will find all the information you need to support you through your journey in ATU Donegal. The Student Toolkit is an easy to-use tool that details all the various Student Services & Supports: Student Counselling, Student Health, Chaplaincy, Careers, The Curve, Sport, Student Union etc. 

ATU Student Code: The purpose of Atlantic Technological University (ATU) Student Code is to promote responsibility and encourage honesty, trust, fairness, integrity, and respect among students of the University. The code is designed to assist in the development of a supportive and productive learning environment. 

All students of ATU are expected to maintain high standards of academic honesty and personal integrity at all times. It is the responsibility of every student to be aware of the policy content contained herein (the ‘Student Code’) and to abide by its provisions. These provisions outline expected behavioural standards – both academic and non-academic – required of all students.
