Using AV Technology: 

• Meeting Rooms & Teaching Spaces: If you’re attending a meeting or event, our rooms are equipped with audio-visual technology. Please ensure that you have checked with your host so that any technical assistance can be made available to you when you arrive. Many of our rooms have AV instruction guides to help you use the equipment. 

• Assistance: If you need assistance with the AV technology, please contact the event organiser or the IT Helpdesk.
