SpeakOut

Speak Out is an online anonymous reporting tool developed by the Psychological Counsellors in Higher Education Ireland (PCHEI). The concept of the tool was adopted in response to the experience of counsellors across the country who found that students were finding it difficult to verbalise their experiences of sexual harassment and violence. 

Speak Out is completely anonymous and it is not possible to identify any individual that has submitted a report nor is it possible to trace IP addresses.  

This tool has created a space for members of college communities across Ireland to anonymously report about their experiences of bullying, cyberbullying, harassment, discrimination, hate crime, coercive behaviour/control, stalking, assault, sexual harassment, sexual assault, and rape.
