ATU Sligo is coordinating DojoMór 2024 on Saturday 19th of October from 10am-1pm.
Children aged from 7-17 are invited to learn how to code games, websites, electronic kits, and more!
The event this year will be a mix of in-person workshops in nine locations, and a full online event for those who want to code at home.
Examples of workshops available are Scratch, Thunkable, VEXcode VR, Swift Playgrounds, HTLM, Lightbot, Blender, Soundtrap, Micro:bit, and MakeCode Arcade.

This is a national event funded by the HEA. DojoMór is supported by universities and colleges based all around Ireland, along with county councils, and Libraries Ireland. Sligo children will join over 10,000 other children from Cork, Tralee, Letterkenny, Galway-Mayo, Dundalk, Dublin, Maynooth, Offaly, Laois, and Waterford. DojoMór is Ireland’s largest coordinated youth coding event in 2024.
