ADVANCE HE FELLOWSHIP SUPPORT SCHEME
ATU ENGAGE supports educators in achieving Advance HE Fellowship, a global recognition of teaching excellence. It helps staff develop professionally by reflecting on their effectiveness using the Professional Standards Framework.
Staff at different levels should aim for:
Associate Fellowship (new staff or part-time teachers) Fellowship (experienced staff) Senior Fellowship (those guiding colleagues) Principal Fellowship (leaders influencing teaching and learning)
ATU ENGAGE develops teaching and learning practices, guiding teachers to support students better. It encourages collaborative discussions to improve teaching.
The program will increase the number of Advance HE Fellows, showing the university's dedication to quality teaching and learning.

To apply for a Fellowship:
Contact Dr. John O'Callaghan for guidance. Register on ENGAGE by completing the Scheme Registration Form and attend a briefing on your chosen Fellowship. Show the Scheme Panel you meet the criteria with ENGAGE support.
