This course raises interest and awareness of the key issues in energy systems, introducing learners to the major concerns arising from environmental effects and depletion of carbon based energy sources.
Having a grounding in the fundamentals of physics, learners will gain an overview of the complexities in choosing and developing alternative energy sources.
The information and knowledge gained may be applied to the benefit of the community and the environment.

Physics 1This module will give the student an under standing of the fundamental principles of physics. The module will enable the student to solve practical problems based on the concepts studied.
