Tell us a little bit about yourself and what led you to choosing your degree.

I joined ATU after my Leaving Cert.

What is your overall experience of studying at ATU Donegal?

I have enjoyed my time studying at ATU. I find the course interesting, and the lectures are very helpful if you have a question about a particular topic. I also like that I am apart of a small class group as this gives us more time to discuss a certain topic that you might not understand.

Why did you choose to study your programme? From the age of 8 I always wanted to be an SNA and I was so happy to find out that Letterkenny was offering a programme. I had a look at the modules that we would be covering and knew straight away that this was the course for me.

Did you have any unique experiences while being a student at ATU Donegal? This year we went on placement for 8 weeks and I really enjoyed it. It really gave me the opportunity to put all the theory I have learned over the past 2 years in practice and it helped me understand more about the role of and SNA in a school setting.
